How to make Aloo bhajji | Potato Pakora | Aloo Pakoda Recipe:
Ingredients:
- 1 large potato
- 1/2 cup gram flour (besan)
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (or as per taste)
- A pinch of baking soda
- Water to make battery
- Oil for deep frying
Directions:
1. Peel and wash potato well and cut into round, thin slices.2. Take gram flour in a bowl and add all the ingredients except oil.
3. Adjust water to make medium thick batter.
4. Heat oil in a deep kadai. Deep potato slices in besan batter and fry till crisp and little golden. Remove on absorbent paper and serve.
