Chicken Egg Salad


This chicken salad is my go to recipe. It's simple, easy and tastes great! Can be used for making sandwiches and wraps or you can serve it with tortilla chips. You can skip mayonnaise and
cream cheese and instead add yogurt for healthier version.

Chicken Egg Salad Recipe:

Ingredients:

1 chicken breast
2 boiled eggs
1 small cucumber
1 small carrot
1/2 cup boiled peas
1 small apple
1/2 cup chopped pineapple
1 tablespoon coriander leaves
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon cream cheese
2 tablespoons barbecue sauce

Method:

1. Boil chicken breast with little salt and cut into small cubes.

2. Wash and peel cucumber, carrot and apple and chop finely.

3. Finely chop boiled eggs.

4. Prepare dressing by mixing mayonnaise, cream cheese and barbecue sauce in a small bowl.

5. Take chicken in a bowl and add all the ingredients. Mix well and serve cold.
